1. Can you tell me a little about yourself?

Answer : Give your best Introduction here. Candidate can give background of his education and his other
details on which
he can explain further if any questions raised

2. How did you hear about the position?

Answer : Here candidate can tell from where he got to know this vacancy . Which source like he read
in the newspaper, whether he came by any
reference or by any placement agency or any other source. 

3. What do you know about the company?

 Answer : Knowing company details and telling at the time of interview is always considered to be a good point because it shows how much candidate know about company . This will reduce employer’s time to explain about company to candidate 

4. Why do you want this job?

Ans : Company always wants to know why do we want this job. Give real answer which can appeal them
and be truthful .

5. Why should we hire you?

Ans : This question put candidates into trouble many times.Because candidate can take this negatively.
But this is a tricky question which expect you to tell your capabilities and strength. Here you can convince employer why you could be there best choice

6. What are your greatest professional strengths?

Ans: Apart from your personal emotional , physical strength company wants to know your professional
strengths which can help to select you. In professional strength you can answer that  Team work
( If you have ever worked inteam). Good communication, Strong Leadership
( Give reference of your college events where you have taken an active part and performed Leadership) . 
This question also demands technical strength is you have which help employer to give certain positive
remark

7. What do you consider to be your weaknesses?

Ans : This will taste person's weakness and employer can get to know whether he can handle the workload
and pressure. Smart and Wise answer is expected here. Never reveal too many personal weaknesses

8. What is your greatest professional achievement?

Ans : Any certification which require that particular profession needs to be told by candidate.
Any achievement regarding your profession without fail has to be told at the time of the interview.
If thus question does not ask then mention in your introduction 

9. Tell me about a challenge or conflict you've faced at work, and how you dealt with it.

Ans : This answer can be given with some of your past experiences. If you have faced any challenge
and you have dealt with it nicely, without fail narrate that experience. This will because good point on
candidate side

10. Where do you see yourself in five years?

Ans : The most ambitious question. Don't be hypothetical. Give realistic answer. This answer will show
how ambitious you are and your plans for the future. 

Give a smart answer. An experience person generally knows  what exactly happens in the span of five
years but to fresher it is an imaginary picture.So Find out what exactly the steps could be achieved in the
span of five years and give answer suitably as per the industry

11. What's your dream job?

Ans : Never give opposite answer to the place where you are giving an interview. Of course each one has
certain dreams about his career but by your answer , this place is not your dream job this should not reflect.
Try to answer you can achieve your dream  with the same job by performing better

12. What other companies are you interviewing with?

Ans : If you are trying somewhere or results are awaited , tell the employer smartly. Because this answer
may lose your chance if the other company is better which you feel and you are more willingful to work there 

13. Why are you leaving your current job?

Ans : Very natural and important question for both interviewer and interviewee. Give this answer honestly.
Because nowadays employee details are verified before any selection is done. So if any problem you
have faced or left with old organisation, address it carefully.

Give answer like seeking good opportunity then previous one, Expecting hike in salary, change in
workplace for better opportunity .

14. Why were you fired?

Ans : This question will raise if you tell the truth that you were fired. Generally this situation rarely happens.
And fresher doesn't have to face this situation

15. What are you looking for in a new position?

Ans : This will create back link to your previous answers because  what you are looking from your new job
